KCCK Sponsorship Opportunities

Iowa's only jazz radio station, Jazz 88.3 KCCK is planning another year of fun and educational music events. Serving all ages, from pre-schoolers to seniors, KCCK fosters appreciation for jazz and other musical arts in our community. Our programs include:

  • Jazz Under The Stars—The Corridor's longest-running jazz concert series, featuring live jazz in a free, family-friendly atmosphere.
  • Schoolhouse Jazz—An elementary music education program, teaching K-5 students elements of jazz rhythm and jazz history in a school assembly format.
  • Corridor Jazz Project—A mentoring and recording project where high school jazz bands are matched with a professional jazz player/educator to record a song for CD release.
  • Jazz at the 'Brary—Jazz education for all ages, as we spotlight an individual jazz legend and tell their story in words, pictures and live music.
  • Taste of Jazz Under The Stars—The kickoff to KCCK's concert series, featuring a wine and hors d'oeuvres tasting prepared by the students of Kirkwood Culinary Arts.

KCCK's special events and jazz education programs will reach over 14,000 people this year. We would like to offer you the opportunity to support these programs with one sponsorship for the entire year. You can choose which recognition level fits your mission and budget:

  • $6000 Lead Players will be recognized as a lead sponsor for all five programs, with logos on all posters and supporting materials, and banner exposure at all events.
  • $3000 Ellington Circle members will receive lead sponsor benefits for any one event or program, and also be recognized as a supporting sponsor of the other four.
  • $1000 Blue Note Society members will receive recognition as a supporting sponsor of all programs.

All sponsor contributions include a matching amount of daily program underwriting announcements on KCCK, adding our weekly audience of 15,000 to your total exposure. That's nearly 30,000 impressions!

We hope that we can count on your support to help make this year's events successful and beneficial to our community. If you have any questions, please contact at 319.398.5421.
