KCCK Governing Board

KCCK’s Governing Board is the publicly-elected Kirkwood Board of Trustees. Their names, affiliations, meeting schedules, and meeting minutes are available at this link.  The Kirkwood Board of Trustees conducts all College business in open public meetings unless, in the judgment of the Board and only for those purposes permitted by law under Chapter 21 of the Code of Iowa, it is deemed more appropriate to hold a closed meeting (Kirkwood Board of Trustees – Codes of the Board 194.3). Details and explanations of closed meetings can be found in Meeting Minutes published at this link. 

If KCCK business is on the agenda, we will provide notice seven days prior to the meeting.

We believe that through compliance with Chapter 21 of the Code of Iowa, KCCK and the Kirkwood Board of Trustees are in full compliance with the Open Meetings Requirements for Broadcast Stations under the Communications Act of 1934.
