The Metro Marching Band Classic brings seven high school marching bands together from the Cedar Rapids and Marion area: including Jefferson, Kennedy, Linn-Mar, Marion, Prairie, Washington, and Xavier, featuring an opening act from the Iowa State marching band. MMBC committee members Carol Vester and Seth Hoffman are in the studio ahead of the 27th year of this exciting event.
Monday, October 14 at Kingston Stadium in Cedar Rapids. Gates open at 5:30pm with a start time of 6pm. In the event of weather, the event will be rescheduled for Monday, October 21.
Tickets can be purchased at metromarchingbandclassic.ludus.com until 5:30pm the day of OR at the gate (cash only).
