Abe Goldstien is a tireless fan and promoter of jazz in the Des Moines area. He and his wife produce “Jazz at Caspe Terrace” which brings national jazz artists to Central Iowa several times a year. Joe Fonda and his New Origin Trio perform Oct. 18.
Abe also is one of the minds behind the Community Jazz Center Hall of Fame, with induction ceremonies and (of course) a concert on Oct. 11.
