Marcia Hughes of Cedar Rapids has made something of a career playing some of the theatre’s iconic powerful woman roles, such as “Gypsy’s” Mama Rose, Miss Mona from “Best Little Whorehouse,” and yes, “The Little Mermaid’s” Ursula.
