Recording begins shortly, with the grand concert soon after. All month long on the Wednesday Night Special, we’ve been listening back to some of the previous concerts. Craig pays tribute to the recently-departed trumpet master by spinning a variety of choice examples from the career of Roy Hargrove.  Although Roy was only 49 years old, he left behind an impressive legacy of fine jazz recordings.
